Q. How much will delivery cost?
A. Delivery costs depend on the value of your order, details can be seen below:
Small Order, £0.01 - £70.99….......................................... £10
Medium Order, £71.00 - £140.00..................................... £12.50
Large Order, £140.01 and more...................................…. £15
Scottish Postcodes: AB30-56, IV, PA36-40, PH17-50....... £25

Q. How will goods be delivered?
A. Goods will be delivered via a reputable carrier, the actual carrier will depend on the size of the order. We use some carriers for smaller items and specialist large item carriers for some of the bigger products.
Q. How long will delivery take?
A. The delivery timescale will also vary depending on the size of the order:
Small orders – 72 hours
Medium Order – 72 hours
Large Order – Next day delivery
These timescales are dependant on items being in stock, if we are not able to meet the above times then we will let you know. Also any order size can come on a next day delivery service at an additional cost upon request.
Q. How do I get my purchase fitted?
A. If you take your delivered tyres to your local independent tyre fitter, or get them sent there directly then they will fit these for you at a small cost. We have done a great deal of research and we are confident that you will still find it cheaper to do this than purchasing the tyre at retail price.
Q. How do I fit my tyre?
A. We would highly recommend getting your tyre fitted by a professional agricultural fitter, some useful information can also be found on our terms page.
Q. I’m based in Hull will you fit my tyres for me?
A. No I’m afraid that we do not have the facility to fit agricultural products, we operate purely as a mail order business.
Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?
A. Your total satisfaction is of up most importance to us at Tyremen. If for any reason goods received are damaged or defective in any way we will offer a full exchange or refund if returned to us within 7 days. Read our terms for more information.

A. All tyre purchases are covered by an extensive manufacturers warranty that covers you against any problems that you were to have with your product.
